Picked up mushy leaves in a gutter filled with water
I used this today and really like it. The instructions make it sound complicated, but it isn't. They just want you to be careful (and not sue them if you accidently snag electrical wires.) I was lucky because we only have a problem gutter on one side of our garage roof. Well, it is a pretty bad problem, with lilac tree leaves that clog the gutter and create a gushing waterfall at the end opposite the downspout. But at least I didn't have to clean the entire house. The gutter is about ten to twelve feet above the ground, and I had an extendable pole from a window cleaning project.Stop frequently and rest your neck. I used a "URPOWER Selfie Stick for Gopro, Cameras and Cellphones, with Bluetooth Camera Remote for iOS and Android Phones" !Selfie Stick ,Pro Handheld Extendable URPOWER Selfie Stick for Gopro, Cameras and Cellphones, with Bluetooth Camera Remote for iOS and Android Phones for professionals that was about $13 and extends to 54 inches, longer than most. I snapped photos of the inside of the gutter to see where the clumps of leaves were. The gutter was full of water and clumps of mushy leaves, and this tool picked up a lot of it. Even though it is plastic, it seemed strong and did not break. Nice that it came with clear, clean safety glasses too
